Responsibilities
- Assist the Construction Manager in supervising site activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate project planning, documentation, and work execution on site to meet schedule and quality targets
- Collaborate internally across departments and externally with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve project issues
- Monitor and report weekly site progress, manpower mobilization, and materials planning to support informed decision-making
- Attend site meetings and conduct inspections to enforce quality control and compliance with authority requirements
- Ensure all project activities comply with Singapore legal requirements, statutory regulations, and quality standards
- Manage submission processes for project documentation and approvals in a timely manner
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board
- Registration as Resident Engineer (RE) with BCA or IES
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction project management
- Proficient in MS Office, M.S. Project, and AutoCAD for project documentation and drawing submissions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on projects involving Land Transport Authority (LTA) regulations and standards
