Join a growing FMCG distribution business in an exciting startup environment! We are looking for a proactive Brand Marketing Executive who is passionate about building brands, managing marketing campaigns, and supporting business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
This role combines 50% Brand Marketing and 50% Executive Support , making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both creative marketing and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Marketing (50%)
- Plan and execute Above-the-Line (ATL) marketing campaigns , including outdoor advertising , MRT and bus station advertisements, print, and other brand awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to strengthen brand visibility.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Support brand-building initiatives and new product launches.
Executive & Project Support (50%)
- Provide executive support to senior management on key business and marketing projects.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare presentation materials, and take meeting minutes.
- Track project timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure deliverables are completed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams to support business initiatives.
- Handle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications , or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, ATL Marketing, or Marketing Executive roles.
- Experience managing ATL campaigns , outdoor advertising, transit advertising, or similar brand marketing initiatives is highly preferred.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with regional stakeholders and counterparts.
