Job Scope
- Answer customer enquiries and provide support on medical supply orders.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and follow up on requests.
- Maintain customer records and perform administrative tasks.
- Support daily customer service operations.
Requirement
- GCE O Level and above
- 1 – 2 years related experience in relevant position
- Available for a 3-month temporary assignment
