Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and 2D construction drawings.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to integrate designs and identify/resolve BIM clashes.
- Perform BIM quality checks, model updates, and quantity take-offs for cost estimation and construction planning.
- Manage material submissions, project documentation, tender/quotation support, purchasing, and inventory records.
- Provide BIM software guidance and training to team members.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical/project support as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in BIM software, especially Autodesk Revit.
- Familiarity with Singapore's BIM practices and workflows.
- A relevant diploma or degree in architecture, engineering, or drafting is preferred.
