Job Summary
Step into a fast-paced, people-focused role representing exciting brands through face-to-face campaigns. Connect with customers, drive sales, and build real-world sales and marketing skills with hands-on coaching and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Represent brands directly to customers through face-to-face sales campaigns to increase product awareness and sales
- Engage customers actively to understand their needs and present product benefits clearly
- Drive sales by promoting products persuasively and closing transactions effectively
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute sales activities and events
- Participate in training sessions and apply coaching feedback to improve sales techniques and customer engagement
- Track and report sales performance and customer feedback to support continuous improvement
- Contribute positively to team culture by participating in team activities and celebrating group achievements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic sales environment
- Outgoing and driven attitude to engage customers confidently
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
