Your tasks

• Lead the test planning, test cases design, execution, and reporting of software testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Define test strategies, test plans, test scope, resource allocation, and quality objectives for software releases.
• Review and analyze business, system, and software requirements to ensure testability and coverage.
• Manage defect lifecycle activities, including defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Design, develop, maintain, and improve automated test framework / solutions for functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, test infrastructure, and automation practices.
• Collaborate closely with multi-location teams, to align on quality expectations, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.

Your qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering in development and testing software applications.
• Strong experience in test management analytical skills in studying requirements, identifying test scenarios, and ensuring test coverage.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across cross-functional and multi-location teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and software quality.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMP.
• Understanding of RF communication systems and radio monitoring equipment.
