Drafter

We are looking for a Drafter with strong creative and technical capabilities to support the design and execution of luxury interior projects. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of materials and finishes, and experience designing for high-end retail, hospitality, or branded environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert design concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate working drawings.
Revise and modify drawings based on site conditions, project requirements, and client/consultant feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements.
Maintain and update drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.
Attend meetings with projects team and client representatives to ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
Coordinate with the drafting team and project team to manage multiple projects with varying timelines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ad-hoc task as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in luxury detail, hospitality, or high-end commercial interior design (Experience in interior fit-out, retail, or renovation projects is preferred.)
Able to read and interpret drawings and construction documents
Proficient in AutoCAD
Understanding of luxury brand standards and a refined design sensibility
Able to thrive under pressure and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
