Head of Solution Delivery & PMO (Professional Services)

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will lead ANTlabs' regional Solution Delivery organisation and Project Management Office (PMO).

This is more than a traditional PMO role. You will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering outcome-based solutions for complex, mission-critical systems, ensuring customers achieve the operational and business outcomes they expect from ANTlabs' technologies.

You will oversee the complete customer delivery lifecycle-from project handover through implementation, systems integration, testing, customer acceptance and operational transition-while driving delivery excellence across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Solution Delivery

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple customer engagements across Singapore, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North Asia.

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation, integration, testing, acceptance and operational handover.

• Personally lead strategic or business-critical customer engagements where executive leadership is required.

• Ensure customer solutions achieve agreed business, operational and technical outcomes.

Drive Customer Success

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, project sponsors and technical stakeholders.

• Lead executive project reviews, steering committee meetings and customer workshops.

• Manage delivery risks, customer expectations and escalations professionally.

• Ensure every implementation creates long-term customer value and satisfaction.

Lead the PMO & Delivery Excellence

• Develop and continuously improve ANTlabs' Project Management Office.

• Establish delivery governance, implementation methodologies, project reporting and quality standards.

• Standardise implementation processes, documentation and customer acceptance practices.

• Drive continuous improvement through delivery metrics, post-project reviews and lessons learned.

Build a High-Performing Organisation

• Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers and Implementation Engineers across regional offices.

• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

• Optimise resource planning across multiple concurrent customer engagements.

• Support recruitment, coaching and capability development as the organisation grows.

Collaborate Across the Business

• Work closely with Technical Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Services Excellence and Service Operations.

• Coordinate with customers, system integrators and technology partners to deliver integrated solutions.

• Provide implementation feedback that contributes to product enhancements and future delivery improvements.

Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years' experience in Solution Delivery, Professional Services, Project Management or Programme Delivery.

• At least 3 years' experience leading Project Managers, Professional Services or Solution Delivery teams.

• Proven experience delivering complex software platforms, systems integration or carrier-grade technology solutions.

• Experience working with ISPs, telecommunications operators, networking vendors, enterprises or system integrators will be highly regarded.

Leadership & Commercial Skills

• Strong customer engagement and executive stakeholder management skills.

• Experience managing Statements of Work (SOW), delivery budgets, project profitability, resource planning and change management.

• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making and organisational skills.

• Ability to build collaborative teams across multiple countries and cultures.

Technical Knowledge (Advantageous)

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Broadband service platforms

• Subscriber service management

• Internet service delivery

• AAA and RADIUS

• DHCP, DNS and IP address management

• Linux server platforms

• Virtualisation and private cloud

• High availability platforms

• Enterprise or ISP core infrastructure

• Systems integration

• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification will be an advantage.
