Job Description:
Como será o seu dia a dia- Fazer análise diária ou por turno da programaÃão de embarques de Line Haul para embarques de FMH atuando de forma proativa nos ajustes.
- Suportar os 3pls fornecedores de transporte para Middle Mile e gerir o cumprimento do horário de chegada dos veÃculos para coleta (ETA) de acordo com o planejado.
- Acompanhar o time de carregamento do outbound das operaÃões de FMH e garantir o cumprimento da janela de carregamento (CPT) de acordo com o planejado.
- Monitorar os volumes embarcados por Line Haul analisando e criticando o atendimento do SPR planejado de acordo com o perfil do veÃculo ou capacidade estabelecida.
- Prospectar veÃculos spot via canais definidos pela Shopee, quando necessário cobertura da demanda com veÃculos extras.
- Abrir solicitaÃão de viagens de Line Haul no sistema interno da Shopee quando necessário o aporte de carros a programaÃão.
- Suportar os 3pls atuando junto a área interna de Security para tratativas relacionadas a cadastro de driver/veÃculos.
- Notificar o 3pl e registrar no sistema interno as ocorrências de no show, cancelamento e infrutÃferas quando do não atendimento ou não utilizaÃão da viagem planejada.
- Preparar o material e conduzir as agendas semanais com os 3pls para acompanhamentos dos KPIs e temas gerais relacionados ao serviÃo contratado.
- Estruturar e administrar plano de aÃão junto aos 3pls.
- Suportar a área de First Mile nas aÃões diárias relacionadas a Line Haul.
Requirements:
O que você precisa para assumir o desafio- Ensino superior completo em LogÃstica, AdministraÃão ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência sólida na área de transportes/logÃstica
- Experiência em operaÃões de Line Haul
- Experiência em Planejamento e OtimizaÃão de Rotas
- Acompanhamento de Indicadores de Desempenho
- Experiência em gestão de stakeholders internos e externos
- Conhecimento em Sistemas de Gestão de Transporte (roteirizaÃão, rastreamento, monitoramento de cargas)
- Capacidade de interpretar dados gerados por esses sistemas para tomar decisões estrategicas
- Experiência em Ferramentas de Análise de Dados - Conhecimento em ferramentas do Office (Excel, word, Power) e do Google (Looker Studio, Sheets).
