Technical Manager (Security Systems / CCTV / Access Control)

- Position: Technical Manager (Security Systems / ELV)
- Location: Outram office and client sites
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm. Night and weekend work may be required depending on operational requirements.
- Salary: Up to $6,500 Basic + Transport Support + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Transport Support: Up to $750 for car or $400 for motorcycle, subject to company policy
- Benefits: 16 Days' Annual Leave + Birthday Leave + Comprehensive Medical Insurance

Main Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Technical Officers supporting security-system service and maintenance operations.
- Plan manpower, service schedules and resources to meet customer commitments.
- Manage daily maintenance, fault-response and troubleshooting activities.
- Liaise with customer representatives regarding technical and maintenance matters.
- Monitor service progress, response requirements and completion timelines.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and integrated security systems.
- Support system configuration, programming and third-party integration where required.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Maintain service quality, technical documentation and operational standards.
- Support technical activities outside normal working hours when required.
Requirements
- Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least five years of relevant hands-on experience in physical security systems.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, intrusion detection or integrated security-management systems.
- Strong fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing customer service or maintenance operations.
- Knowledge of system configuration, application programming or third-party integration is advantageous.
- Able to support night or weekend technical activities when required.
