Job Description

- Position Title: Parts Manager
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage pricing strategies for online parts sales
- Set up and maintain accurate pricing for all parts and accessories
- Prepare competitive pricing proposals and adjust prices as needed
- Ensure all pricing complies with tax and import/export rules
- Drive sales by following up on high-value quotes
- Oversee the full sales process for equipment parts, from customer enquiry to delivery
- Track market trends and look for ways to grow the parts business
- Create and carry out sales plans and promotions to reach sales goals
- Manage all steps in the spare parts process, from buying to delivery
- Understand customer needs and suggest the right parts
- Review and improve current processes for better efficiency and results
- Take on any other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems and related software
- Previous parts management experience in the heavy equipment industry is a plus
- Able to analyze data to spot trends and make decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills for handling issues with parts, pricing, or logistics
- Committed to giving great customer service and building good customer relationships
