Our client is a well-established shipping and energy trading company. They are looking to hire a Junior Accountant to join their finance team.
Job Description- Process payments, issue invoices and manage account settlements
- Support daily cash flow and cash management activities
- Assist with reconciling and closing accounts
- Provide administrative support for general office affairs and secretarial matters
- Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by senior management
- Input and maintain records in the IMOS and SAP systems
- Undertake additional duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship exposure are welcome
- Prior experience in a finance or accounts support role is a plus
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or IMOS would be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills
- Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
