Looking for an HR professional passionate about HR Tech, Digital Transformation, and Talent Acquisition.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead HR digital transformation & Odoo HRMS implementation
• Improve and automate HR processes
• Drive end-to-end recruitment and employer branding
• Support onboarding, engagement & change management initiatives
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of HR experience
• Strong exposure to HR Tech / HRMS implementation
• Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
