Job Description

- Position Title: Marketing Executive
- Working Location: Ayer Rajah (Near MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Thu (8.30am – 6pm); Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Plan effective marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Ensure consistent corporate branding across all marketing and corporate materials to maintain a strong brand identity.
- Organize and participate in events such as seminars, trade shows, and networking sessions.
- Perform market research to track trends, brand awareness, and competitors’ activity.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
- Manage and regularly update the company’s website content.
- Provide the sales team with up-to-date product information.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and marketing agencies.
- Collaborate with country managers, sales teams, principals, and government agencies.

- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably within a B2B setting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Software skills in Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, and Google Analytics are a plus.
