Our client is a leading main contractor with an established track record in large-scale infrastructure projects , offering strong project exposure, career development opportunities and a stable project pipeline.
Responsibilities- Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, M&E, Structural, Civil and other disciplines.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans, LTA BIM standards and client requirements.
- Conduct clash detection, model validation and 3D coordination using Navisworks, BIM Track or similar platforms.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and project teams to resolve coordination issues and ensure timely model submissions.
- Support 4D simulation, construction sequencing and BIM-based planning where required.
- Manage BIM submission schedules, documentation, data exchange and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Participate in technical meetings and BIM coordination reviews.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on BIM processes, standards and software.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience , preferably in large-scale infrastructure or MRT projects.
- Prior experience with main contractors and BIM implementation is essential.
- Proficient in Revit (Architectural/M&E), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC and Dynamo .
- Familiar with LTA/MRT BIM standards, submission requirements and CDE environments.
- Strong experience in clash detection, 3D coordination and multidisciplinary model coordination.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and 4D/5D BIM applications will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction processes, design coordination and technical drawings.
- MRT systems, tunnelling, station layouts and M&E infrastructure experience will be advantageous.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.

- Location: East
- Working hours: 5.5 Days
- Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
