- Managing day-to-day site operations and project progress
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
- Monitoring project schedule, manpower, materials, and resources
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Attending site meetings and resolving technical and operational issues
- Managing project costs, variation works, and project documentation
- Supervising site teams and ensuring smooth project execution
- Monitoring project completion and handover activities
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, reporting, and overall project execution.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management, delivering projects on time and within budget.
