Warehouse and Sale Assistant (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Work Location: In person at 22 Sin Min Lane, S73969

Working Hours

• Part-time: 4-5 hours/day, 5 days per week (weekdays only)

• Full Time: 5 days per week

Salary

• Part-time: SGD 14-17/hour

• Full-time: SGD 3000/month

Company Overview

We are a company specializing in mosquito control and air cooling solutions, seeking a reliable part-time Warehouse Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with our service team (in-house and outsourced) to plan the monthly servicing schedule
• Communicate and confirm service schedule timing with customers
• Receive and organise stock in the warehouse
• Follow up the outstanding invoice payment
• Pick, pack, and arrange shipments for outgoing items
• Wash and clean used cylinders, and prepare new ones for delivery
• Keep the office and warehouse in a clean and orderly condition
• Communicate and confirm service schedule timing with customers
• Follow up the outstanding invoice payment
• Fixing cooler and mosquito traps.. Etc by following instructions
• Response sales inquiries from email/whatapps occasionally
• Other tasks assigned as necessary

Requirements

• Responsible and punctual work habits
• Basic communication skills in English or Chinese to interact with customers and team members
• Physical fitness and comfort with light manual work to handle warehouse tasks
