5.5-day work week (alternate Saturday half-day)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete pharmaceutical logistics shipments in compliance with operational standards
- Liaise with customers to manage shipment orders and coordinate delivery requirements
- Book airfreight with airlines and execute Air Waybills (AWBs)
- Update and maintain accurate import and export inventory records
- Perform picking and packing of pharmaceutical products according to procedures
- Support daily logistics operations and handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations (inventory management/inspection), manufacturing shipping, e-commerce back-office operations, or logistics administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting
- Experience in airfreight or logistics operations is an added advantage
