Manager – Data Analytics, Sustainability & Innovation Management

Position Purpose

The Manager – Data Analytics, Sustainability & Innovation Management is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Data Platforms) to drive innovation, process optimization, and business value creation across the Group. The role ensures alignment between innovation initiatives and organizational objectives while fostering collaboration, managing implementation risks, and developing internal capabilities to support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Innovation Leadership

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, and other digital innovations.

• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance operational effectiveness and business performance.

• Develop innovation roadmaps and technology adoption strategies aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

Education
