LECTURER, INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT & PARTNERSHIPS - HMIS

[What the role is]

This is a 2-year position as a Lecturer, Industry Engagement & Partnerships in the School of Humanities and Interdisciplinary Studies.

[What you will be working on]

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Curriculum development, course delivery (face-to-face/online) and project supervision for youth and adult learners in the following areas:

• Social Sustainability

• Project Management & Multidisciplinary Collaborations

• Facilitate and deliver CET programmes in Critical Core Skills (CCS), particularly in areas such as workplace coaching, career coaching, people management, talent development, and human capital management

Industry Partnership

• Support the School’s industry engagement efforts by coordinating outreach and partner engagements, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and providing administrative and logistical support for partnership initiatives

• Organise industry visits, networking events and engagement activities, while maintaining accurate industry partnership records and databases across PET and CET programmes

• Track engagement opportunities, activities and outcomes to support reporting, relationship management and continuous improvement

• Passion for industry engagement, partnership development and stakeholder management, with a strong commitment to fostering collaborations that enhance education, workforce development and industry relevance

• Proven experience in building, managing and sustaining strategic partnerships with industry, government agencies, professional bodies and other external stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholder engagements and manage partnership initiatives from inception to implementation
