Assistant Funeral Service Manager
- Office Location : Geylang Bahru, Singapore
- Working Hours : Mon - Fri/Sat 8.00am - 5.00pm
- Monthly Salary : basic up to $4500 + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Employment Type : Full time, Permanent Contract

ResponsibilityDaily Operations Leadership - Conduct morning briefings, coordinate with Team Leaders, and ensure seamless execution of funeral service activities.
Scheduling & Reporting - Manage service schedules, prepare monthly rosters, and provide budget updates to Finance.
Service Quality Management - Monitor performance, address client concerns, and ensure services meet required rituals, customs, and company standards.
Process Optimization - Review SOPs, templates, and workflows with Team Leaders to improve efficiency and documentation.
HR & Staff Welfare - Support leave approvals, overtime, recruitment, and initiatives to maintain staff morale and well‑being.
Policy & Compliance Oversight - Ensure adherence to company policies, oversee compensation matters, and handle additional operational duties.
Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of management experience
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
- Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
