Technical Support Assistant
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular checks in the inventory software system to verify inventory accuracy and availability
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance on yard and workshop tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Maintain the tool room by implementing 5S initiatives and upholding good housekeeping standards
- Navigate inventory systems and Microsoft Office suite to support inventory and maintenance tasks
- Drive company vehicles safely using a Class 3 driving license to support operational needs
- Work independently with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Work overtime, including weekends, as required to meet operational demands
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a relevant technical certification to perform maintenance and repair tasks
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license for vehicle operation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Forklift driving license (advantageous for supporting yard operations)
- Basic technical knowledge of tooling and vehicle maintenance to assist with repairs and upkeep
Other Information
- Overtime work includes dinner and transport allowance
- Fixed monthly laundry allowance provided
