Job Summary
You will coordinate daily operations including customer service, paperwork, transportation, manpower, and invoicing to support smooth delivery of food packaging products.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive customer service to address inquiries and support order fulfillment
- Organize and maintain accurate paperwork to ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Coordinate transportation logistics to guarantee timely delivery of products
- Manage manpower allocation to support operational needs efficiently
- Issue invoices accurately to facilitate billing and payment processes
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp communications to maintain effective customer and team interactions
- Maintain physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving products
- Read and comprehend simple English to understand instructions and documentation
