Location: Singapore (Regional scope: SEA / APAC) Type: Permanent | Full-time
About the Role
We're looking for a commercially driven IT Sales Director to lead revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts in Singapore and the broader SEA region. You'll own the full sales cycle, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and work closely with pre-sales and delivery to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals across IT solutions, managed services, and/or SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Pipeline
- Own and deliver annual sales targets (quota-carrying role)
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across new logos and existing accounts
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles - from prospecting through to closure
- Develop go-to-market strategies for target verticals (e.g. BFSI, Government, Manufacturing, Logistics)
Team Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Account Managers / Sales Executives
- Set individual targets, run pipeline reviews, and coach deals to closure
- Build succession depth and a performance culture within the team
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers at enterprise accounts
- Drive strategic account growth - upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
- Represent the company at industry events, RFP presentations, and executive briefings
Strategy & Collaboration
- Collaborate with pre-sales architects, delivery teams, and marketing
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership
- Stay sharp on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging tech (AI, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.)
Requirements
- 10+ years in IT sales, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership or director-level role
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts - solutions could include IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, ERP, or SaaS
- Strong C-suite network in Singapore SEA exposure a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field MBA preferred but not required
