Job Responsibilities（工作职责）
Responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of Chinese cuisine dishes, including traditional Chinese dishes, wok-fried dishes, braised dishes, soups, seafood and specialty items according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
负责准备及烹饪各种中式菜肴，包括传统中餐、炒锅菜、卤味、炖汤、海鲜及特色菜品，确保符合餐厅菜谱及品质标准。
Perform daily kitchen operations including ingredient preparation, cutting, marinating, seasoning, cooking and food presentation to maintain consistent taste and appearance.
负责厨房日常工作，包括食材准备、切配、腌制、调味、烹饪及菜品摆盘，确保菜品口味及外观保持一致。
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques such as wok cooking, steaming, frying, braising and soup preparation methods.
具备扎实的中餐烹饪技术知识，包括炒锅、蒸制、油炸、红烧及汤品制作等专业技能。
Prepare sauces, seasonings and special cooking ingredients according to traditional recipes and restaurant requirements.
根据传统配方及餐厅要求制作各种酱料、调味料及特色烹饪材料。
Monitor food quality, freshness and portion control to ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s standards while minimizing food wastage.
监督食品质量、新鲜度及出品份量控制，确保所有菜品符合餐厅标准，同时减少食材浪费。
Ensure proper handling, storage and preparation of raw materials in compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
确保按照食品安全及卫生要求正确处理、储存及准备各类食材。
Coordinate with kitchen assistants and junior cooks to ensure smooth workflow and timely preparation during busy service periods.
协调厨房助理及初级厨师工作，确保繁忙营业期间厨房运作顺畅并及时完成出餐。
Assist in developing new dishes, improving recipes and enhancing menu variety based on customer preferences and market trends.
协助研发新菜品、优化现有菜谱，并根据顾客需求及市场趋势提升菜单多样性。
Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety standards within the kitchen area at all times.
始终保持厨房区域清洁、有序，并符合安全操作标准。
Support daily kitchen management, including inventory checking, ingredient ordering and cost control activities.
协助厨房日常管理，包括库存检查、食材采购及成本控制工作。
Requirements（职位要求）
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Chinese Cuisine Chef, preferably with experience in Chinese restaurants or Asian cuisine establishments.
至少5年中餐厨师相关工作经验，具备中餐厅或亚洲餐饮机构工作经验者优先。
Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredient preparation methods and traditional cooking styles.
熟悉中餐烹饪技巧、食材处理方式及传统烹饪工艺。
Experienced in preparing a variety of Chinese dishes including Sichuan cuisine, Cantonese cuisine, Hokkien cuisine or other regional Chinese cuisines.
具备制作多种中式菜肴经验，包括川菜、粤菜、福建菜或其他地方特色中餐。
Able to operate kitchen equipment such as wok burners, ovens, steamers and other professional cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
能够熟练、安全操作炒炉、烤箱、蒸炉及其他专业厨房设备。
Possess good knowledge of food hygiene practices, kitchen safety procedures and proper food handling standards.
具备良好的食品卫生知识、厨房安全流程及食品处理标准。
Able to work independently, manage kitchen responsibilities and maintain high food quality under pressure.

Creative, responsible and detail-oriented with strong passion for Chinese culinary arts.
