THE WORK:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Master proficiency in SAP FICO Module is required. Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Responsive and Adaptive Design, and Solution Architecture is suggested.

Job Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) implementations.

• Deep expertise in SAP Finance Record to report skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud Professional Services) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with global clients or multi-country rollouts.

• Exposure to AI, analytics, or automation tools within SAP ecosystem.

• Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
