The Recruitment Consultant will do candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of hiring activities. This role provides exposure to recruitment operations and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals, social media, and internal databases to source, engage, and screen potential candidates against job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars between clients and candidates, and ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience through prompt communication.
Data & Tracker Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment trackers, talent pipelines, and candidate databases in compliance with internal standards.
Admin ad-hoc operational matters involving recruitment process.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree (in any discipline).
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized with great attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, sales driven environment.
