Job Summary
Perform market analysis and research to identify suitable ingredients for new products. Prepare ingredients for cakes, pastries, desserts, and fillings while ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation. Troubleshoot production issues and support recipe development and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends to identify new product opportunities and suitable ingredients for company use
- Research and determine product ingredient requirements to meet quality standards
- Prepare ingredients for cakes, pastries, desserts, and fillings according to recipes and production needs
- Ensure product consistency, quality, and presentation meet company standards
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly to maintain smooth operations
- Implement continuous improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and SFA/NEA regulations during all preparation and production activities
- Support recipe development and creation of seasonal product items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with the delivery process of cakes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
