- Produce quantity measurements within the targeted timeline.
- Sourcing for supplier and sub-contractors, preparing REQ based on tender documents and collating quotations.
- Negotiation and evaluation of quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers through preparation of price comparison and analysis.
- Provide support to ensure completeness and timely submission of the tender bid.
- Follow up with post tender clarification and questionnaires when required.
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
