Administrative Assistant - Fixed Income Division (Contract)

We are supporting a leading financial services firm in Singapore in their search for an experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their Fixed Income Division. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced financial environment and enjoys juggling a variety of responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and video-conferences
- Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries
- Process expense reimbursements and handle invoices
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials
- Prepare reports and maintain client contact records in internal systems
- Proofread translations between English and Simplified/Traditional Chinese
- Support client events, roadshows, and seminars
- Provide backup support to the Office Manager and fellow assistants as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative support role; financial industry experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- A flexible, collaborative team player willing to work extended hours when required
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure
- A pleasant, mature, proactive, and independent working style
