Job Description

- Position Title: IT Manager (Infrastructure & ERP)
- Working Location: Tai Seng (8 minutes walking distance from the MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Insurance + Transport Reimbursement
- Duration: 1 year contract (renewable)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations.
- Manage ERP implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and user support.
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, backups, disaster recovery, and IT compliance.
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal users.
- Ensure the reliable operation of servers, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
- Plan IT budgets and manage hardware, software, and other IT assets.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and business operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant IT experience.
- At least 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience managing IT vendors and technology projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or trading environments is an advantage.
