Investment Director

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment, acquisition and strategic business opportunities.
- Lead investment due diligence, feasibility studies, financial modelling, valuation and risk assessment.
- Prepare investment proposals, business cases and recommendations for senior management.
- Lead negotiations and coordinate with internal teams, government agencies, financial institutions and external advisers.
- Monitor investment projects and provide regular updates on project progress, financial performance and key risks.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify new investment and business opportunities.
- Support strategic projects, business expansion, M&A and other corporate development initiatives.
- Manage and develop relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Investment, Accounting, Law or related disciplines.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in investment, corporate finance, project development, banking, M&A or business development.
- Strong experience in investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation and due diligence.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in logistics, infrastructure, industrial, property or technology sectors will be an advantage.
