Responsibilities:
- Manage and support an existing network of distributors across Southeast Asia in alignment with business unit objectives
- Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors in emerging or untapped markets
- Collaborate with distributors to achieve sales targets and overall regional performance goals
- Develop market-specific or segment-specific strategies with distributors
- Monitor distributor sales performance quarterly and provide feedback and recommendations
- Support distributors in effectively positioning products against competitors
- Track competitor activities and provide actionable market insights
- Organize and support seminars, training sessions, customer visits, and exhibitions with distributors
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in distributor management
- Technical knowledge or exposure to scientific or analytical instruments
- Willingness to travel up to 40% regionally and within Singapore
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
