Clinical Sales Specialist (Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam)

Clinical Sales Specialist role supporting pre-sales activities for reproductive health and oncology genomic products across Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Reports to regional management and collaborates with sales teams to drive market adoption of Illumina technologies in clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales objectives achievement for reproductive and oncology products in assigned territory
- Serve as subject matter expert on clinical applications and customer voice to regional and global teams
- Advise customers on technical workflows, study design, product positioning, and competitive comparisons
- Develop and execute strategic plans with sales teams to win new business and expand market share
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders and customers to facilitate introduction of Illumina products
Requirements
- Deep expertise in clinical methodologies and ability to analyze complex problems independently
- 5+ years related experience with Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with Master's, or PhD
- Strong knowledge of competitive landscape and clinical market trends
- Proven ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders with diverse interests
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and training skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within district and region
- Superior problem-solving and interpersonal skills in customer-facing environments
