Job description
The Nightclub Manager will manage the daily commercial and operational activities of the nightclub.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operation of the nightclub, entertainment areas and customer-service sections.
- Plan weekly entertainment schedules, themed events and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with DJs, performers, entertainers, event organisers and external contractors.
- Supervise guest relations, floor operations, security coordination and closing procedures.
- Monitor attendance, daily revenue, operating expenses and event profitability.
- Implement customer-service, crowd-management and incident-reporting procedures.
- Manage employee deployment, performance, training and service standards.
- Coordinate private functions, corporate events and special entertainment programmes.
- Review customer feedback and recommend improvements to the venue’s services.
- Ensure the nightclub follows applicable licensing, safety and operational requirements.
- Submit operational and performance reports to the General Manager or Director.
