Senior Program Manager (Governance/BAU Oversight)

Job description

# This role will provide strategic programme leadership, oversee regulatory and governance activities, and ensure business-as-usual (BAU) continuity throughout the transformation.

Work closely with senior stakeholders, driving alignment across multiple workstreams while ensuring programme risks, dependencies and deliverables are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership & Strategic Coordination

. Lead end-to-end programme planning and execution across multiple workstreams.

. Drive alignment of milestones, deliverables, dependencies and resource allocation.

. Act as the key escalation point for cross-functional issues and programme governance.

. Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.

Regulatory & Governance

. Lead regulatory engagement activities and oversee submission timelines.

. Chair programme governance forums, including Steering Committees and Working Groups.

. Ensure key decisions, actions and risks are appropriately documented, tracked and followed through.

. Maintain compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements.

BAU Oversight & Risk Management

. Ensure business-as-usual operations remain stable throughout programme execution.

. Identify, assess and mitigate programme risks, issues and interdependencies.

. Maintain programme-level RAID logs and drive timely resolution of critical issues.

. Embed appropriate governance and operational controls into programme delivery.

Requirements
Degree holder

. Minimum 10 years of experience in Programme Management, Project Management(PMO)and/or Business Analysis.

. Proven experience managing large-scale transformation or strategic change programmes.

. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

. Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.

. Experience supporting M&A integration, legal entity migration or large-scale organizational transformation programmes.
