We're thrilled to announce an opening for an SAP Business One Lead. This role is responsible for the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous evolution of the SAP Business One landscape within the Moët Hennessy SAP Delivery Center.
The role ensures that SAP Business One solutions support business objectives while delivering reliable, high-quality services across all entities using the platform.

Overview
The SAP Business One Lead is responsible for the strategy, governance, delivery and continuous evolution of the SAP Business One landscape within the Moët Hennessy SAP Delivery Center.
The role ensures that SAP Business One solutions support business objectives while delivering reliable, high-quality services across all entities using the platform.
As the owner of the SAP Business One domain, the Lead manages the application lifecycle, drives continuous improvement, oversees the project portfolio, governs Application Management Services (AMS), and develops the long-term roadmap aligned with the company's ERP strategy.
Working closely with Business stakeholders, the SAP Delivery Center, AMS partners and other SAP Domain Leads, the SAP Business One Lead contributes to the harmonization of SAP solutions and the continuous evolution of the SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1) Domain Strategy & Leadership
- Define and maintain the SAP Business One strategy and roadmap aligned with the SAP Delivery Center vision and Moët Hennessy's ERP strategy.
- Drive continuous evolution of the SAP Business One landscape to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, harmonization and standardization across Business One entities.
- Contribute to the overall SAP strategy and the evolution of the SAP Delivery Center operating model.
2) Portfolio & Delivery Management
- Manage the SAP Business One project, enhancement and continuous improvement portfolio.
- Prioritize business demand according to business value, strategic priorities and resource capacity.
- Ensure successful project delivery within agreed scope, budget, timeline and quality objectives.
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage risks, dependencies and delivery issues.
- Promote delivery excellence and continuous improvement across all SAP Business One initiatives.
3) Application Management Services (AMS) & Service Delivery
- Lead the SAP Business One Application Management Services operating model in collaboration with the strategic AMS partner.
- Ensure high-quality support services while meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Govern the relationship with the AMS partner through regular operational and service review meetings.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality and user satisfaction.
- Ensure effective incident, problem, change and release management processes.
- Promote seamless collaboration between Build and Run teams to ensure knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
4) Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with strategic implementation and AMS partners.
- Monitor supplier performance and contractual commitments.
- Lead governance meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to optimize delivery, quality and costs.
- Ensure compliance with SAP Delivery Center governance and delivery standards.
5) Business Partnership
- Act as the primary IT partner for Business stakeholders using SAP Business One.
- Understand business priorities and translate them into technology roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across all Business One entities.
- Promote user satisfaction through proactive engagement and continuous improvement.
6) SAP Delivery Center Collaboration
- Collaborate with SAP Domain Leads to ensure end-to-end process integration across SAP solutions.
- Contribute to the governance, standards and continuous improvement of the SAP Delivery Center.
- Promote knowledge sharing, standard methodologies and operational excellence.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and future ERP transformation programs.

- Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP Business One or equivalent ERP solutions.
- Proven experience managing ERP application portfolios and business-critical applications.
- Experience leading Application Management Services and strategic suppliers.
- Experience in project and portfolio delivery within international environments.
- Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
