Job Summary

- You contribute directly to company performance through data-backed marketing, and this role is a pipeline to future marketing leadership.
- Role: Plan and execute lead generation and marketing initiatives, with data-backed planning and review that you carry out yourself. Separately, build the reports and set up the data that the sales team uses (tools: Microsoft, SAP, and Keyence in-house software).
- Objective: Grow the results of lead generation and marketing initiatives. In addition, put in place the reports and data foundation the sales team uses, to support sales direction.
- Scope: B2B marketing as a whole, including promotional planning, lead generation, and sales enablement.
Job Description
- Marketing Execution: Drive marketing activities using the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle focused on efficiency, impact, and continuous improvement.
- Data & Insights: Manage and update sales reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI) to inform sales decisions.
- Market Research: Investigate target industries (e.g., Semiconductor, Robotics, Biomedical, EV) to identify new market potential.
- CRM Management: Maintain database integrity and expand the customer base.
- Customer Support: Diagnose customer issues and connect them with Sales Engineers (SE).
- Sales Support: Uncover hidden sales opportunities through data analysis and oversee sales administration operations.
Key Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in marketing, or in the engineering field (technical or sales roles).
- Demonstrated leadership potential: able to set direction, guide sales priorities and actions, and drive execution.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
