Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Freight Forwarding Customer Service Executive with experience in Air freight and Sea Freight.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Ocean & Air Import/Export/Cross Trade arrangement in accordance with client's requirement
- Work Closely with clients and overseas offices, agents, carriers to support timely arrangement of shipments
- Monitor the cargo status and update to customer
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients
- Prepare Shipping Document
- Generate Billing invoice and check the cost
- Input data into in-house system
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in handling Customer service in Freight Forwarding industry, Air and Ocean
- Knowledge of Air Import/Export regulations and documents
- Familiar with Operational Process requirements for IFF areas
- Able to communicate effectively with clients for discussions and alignment on solutions
- Good written and verbal English communication with client in good manner
- High responsible, strong team player and able to work independently
