Are you an experienced banking professional with a passion for corporate lending operations? If you have a strong background in loan administration, credit documentation, and corporate banking operations , this is an opportunity to join a leading international financial institution where you'll play a critical role in supporting high-value financing transactions.
Working alongside experienced Relationship Managers and Operations professionals, you'll gain exposure to bilateral and syndicated loan facilities , regulatory reporting, and end-to-end loan processing within a dynamic banking environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Credit Loan Operations Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of corporate lending transactions while maintaining the highest standards of operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Your responsibilities include:
Reviewing and validating credit and legal documentation for bilateral and syndicated loan facilities.
Interpreting facility agreements to ensure loan transactions comply with approved credit terms.
Processing loan utilisation requests after confirming facility limits, documentation, and conditions precedent have been satisfied.
Managing the full loan lifecycle, including:
Loan disbursements
Drawdowns
Rollovers
Principal repayments
Interest servicing
Preparing SWIFT payment instructions for loan disbursements.
Processing Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC).
Performing AML/KYC checks in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Liaising closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational matters efficiently.
Preparing reports for regulatory authorities and Head Office.
Maintaining accurate loan documentation and records.
Supporting system enhancements, UAT testing, and process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a meticulous and proactive banking operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate banking environment.
You should possess:
A Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking Operations, Loan Operations, Credit Administration, or Loan Documentation .
Practical experience handling credit documentation and loan administration.
Exposure to bilateral and syndicated loan facilities will be an advantage.
Good understanding of AML/KYC requirements and banking operational controls.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other MS Office applications.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
