Working Hours: 11.30am - 2.30pm, 5pm - 11pm. (6 day work week)
Working Location: Central
Benefits : OT + Travel Allowance + Medical
Gross Salary: Up to $2900 (Basic up to $2500)
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage crowd flow and seating arrangements
- Handle reservations and customer bookings professionally
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and order taking
- Process bill payments and operate POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service and support daily operations
- Assist with ad hoc duties when required
Requirements
- Well-groomed with strong communication skills
- 1–2 years of experience in F&B or restaurant settings preferred
- Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Familiar with service recovery and handling customer feedback
