The role while based in Singapore, is of a global nature where product research spans across key strategic regions. He/she will also have a high level of exposure to leadership within Hair Care across functions commercially and within the technical community.

Your team
Located at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center at Biopolis, you will report to a Senior Director or Vice President and will be part of growing team of functional and technical experts in leading global projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and define innovation opportunities for one of key P&G Hair Care brand which includes understanding consumer opportunities, propose and influence strategies with leadership, and driving to action.
- Set direction on technical development by connecting the dots and drive discussions across the levels within the organization. He/she will also need to remain aware and in-touch with other projects outside his/her space.
- Partner multi-functionally to craft consumer centric breakthrough innovations and bring them to life.
- Grow and develop teams and capabilities in the Hair Care organization
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in science or engineering fields with 10+ years of relevant experience in the FMCG sector
- Lead consumer translation to holistically designed propositions
- Experienced in consumer research with deep core technical mastery, and an ambidextrous quality will be critical as the candidate enrolls and influence the direction.
- Possess strong leadership, strategic thinking and agility as the project pivots in new directions based on the latest findings.
- Innovating in new spaces require a high level of integration and influencing skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to interact, engage and lead discussions with senior leaders e.g. Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents in both the commercial and technical functions is critical.
- Strong track record of people development, organization building and have several examples of how they have done so.
