Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate assessments.
- Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR-related documents, including employment letters, confirmation letters, and appraisal documents.
- Verify attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Process staff medical claims.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, personnel files, and organisation charts.
- Coordinate employee training records and training administration.
- Provide administrative support for daily HR operations.
- Attend to employee enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organising company events and staff engagement activities.
- Perform other ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience .
- Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
