Key Account Executive (FMCG/ Food Services)

Our esteemed client in the Food Manufacturing industry is seeking a Key Account Executive to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Key Account Executive
- Location: Lentor (Transport provided from designated pickup locations)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.45pm
- Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + Transport & Mobile Allowance + KPI-based Performance Incentives + AWS
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
- Oversee the sales cycle, from business development to post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and manage promotional budgets to maximise business performance and return on investment.
- Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and monitor product visibility and merchandising standards where applicable.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance updates.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- At least Higher Nitec with minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development within the FMCG or food sector.
- Experience managing customer accounts and building long-term business relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or CRM systems will be an advantage.
