Job Summary
Prepare and marinate meats and ingredients, assemble skewers to restaurant standards, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support daily food production to ensure smooth kitchen operations at Baipule Korean-Chinese BBQ.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cut, and marinate meats and other ingredients to meet restaurant quality standards
- Assemble skewers and ingredients accurately according to restaurant specifications
- Store, handle, and use ingredients properly to maintain freshness and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils to comply with food safety standards
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operating procedures established by the restaurant
- Assist with daily kitchen preparation and food production tasks to support efficient kitchen workflow
- Perform additional kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor to ensure smooth operations
- Work effectively on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Collaborate responsibly as part of the kitchen team to maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, or skewer preparation
