Position: Korean Restaurant (Server)
Job Scope:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, promotions, and daily specials.
- Answer customer questions and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Check on guests during their meal and respond promptly to additional requests.
- Clear used dishes and prepare tables for the next guests.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when appropriate.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
Salary: $1800-$2100 (Based on experience and education)
4 days off per month, 7 days annual leave
Meals included
Air-conditioned kitchen
Location: Woodleigh/Bartley
