Stewarding Supervisor

- Shift Operations: Assign daily tasks, manage staff schedules, and conduct shift briefings for steward attendants and dishwashers.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Enforce strict health and safety standards such as HACCP (Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point) , monitor dishwashing machine temperatures, and verify chemical/detergent levels.
- Equipment & Inventory: Track operating equipment (glass, silverware) to minimize breakages and ensure kitchens maintain proper par levels.
- Inspections & Walkthroughs: Participate in regular back-of-house walkthroughs and audits with executive chefs or hygiene managers.
- Training & Coaching: Train new and existing team members on safe cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and machinery use.
Requirements:-
- Min 3 years of supervisory experience in hotel or F&B stewarding.
- GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent vocational background
- Knowledge of HACCP regulations, strong team leadership, physical stamina, and the ability to work rotating morning/afternoon shifts.
