What You'll Be Doing
• Support the development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives
• Develop and strengthen risk management tools such as Control Self-Assessment (CSA) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
• Facilitate risk and control assessments with internal stakeholders and business units
• Monitor key risks and controls across different business functions
• Prepare regular risk management reports for Management and Board Risk Committees
• Evaluate the effectiveness of ERM implementation and compliance across business units
• Prepare the ERM section of the Annual Report
• Manage bi-annual Risk Assurance sign-off in accordance with SGX requirements
• Work closely with ERM champions and internal stakeholders to identify, assess and monitor key risks
• Support the Head of ERM on ad-hoc risk management initiatives and projects
