Junior Infrastructure Engineer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Administer and maintain servers, operating systems
. Monitor infrastructure health and respond to incidents
. Manage and maintain network components including switches, firewalls, and load balancers
. Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
. Perform patching, upgrades, and configuration changes
. Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning of infrastructure components
. Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and runbooks
. Collaborate with application and security teams to support project deployments and infra onboarding
. Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when required
1 Server & Operating System Administration Windows/Linux administration, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting
2 Network Infrastructure Switches, firewalls, load balancers, networking fundamentals
3 Infrastructure Operations Monitoring, incident response, backup & DR, production support
