- Working Location: Joo Koon
- Working Hours: 5 days, (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits + VB
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders and ensure orders are completed on time.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related sales documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams to arrange deliveries.
- Update customers on their order status and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely after-sales support.
- Assist with inventory coordination when required.
- Perform other duties assigned.

- Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of sales coordination or customer service experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCount.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment will be an advantage.
